Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you and HIFreeTools. By accessing or using the site, you agree to them and to our Disclaimer in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Acceptance & eligibility

By accessing or using HIFreeTools (the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. The Service is intended for users who are the age of majority in their jurisdiction and is not directed to children under 13. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. License & acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for lawful personal and business purposes. You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
  • disrupt, overload, attack, scrape at scale, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
  • rely on the Service for any decision or use where an error could lead to injury, loss, or legal, financial, medical, or safety consequences;
  • enter data you are not legally permitted to process, or sensitive or regulated data you are unwilling to risk;
  • misrepresent the Service’s output as professional advice or as guaranteed, or remove or obscure notices and disclaimers.

3. No warranties (“as is”)

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with all faults and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that results are correct, current, or suitable for any purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. See our Disclaimer for the full statement, which is incorporated into these Terms.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HIFreeTools and its owner, operators, and contributors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from or related to your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Service — even if advised of the possibility, and regardless of the legal theory. Our total aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed US$0, the amount you pay to use the free Service. You assume all risk arising from your use.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HIFreeTools and its owner, operators, and contributors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) any data or input you provide; (c) your reliance on any result or content; (d) your violation of these Terms or our policies; or (e) your violation of any law or third-party right.

6. Not professional advice

The Service is for general information only and is not financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, insurance, engineering, or other professional advice, and creates no professional relationship. Tools touching money, health, legal, or tax matters produce estimates only. Consult a qualified licensed professional before acting.

7. Intellectual property & third-party brands

The Service’s design, text, and original implementations are owned by HIFreeTools unless otherwise noted. You may use the tools and share links to pages, but you may not copy the site wholesale or republish our content as your own. Brand and product names are the property of their respective owners; any tool referencing them is unofficial and not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Reporting infringement. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or trademark, email [email protected] with: the work or mark concerned, the URL of the material, your contact details, and a good-faith statement of your claim. We review valid notices and remove or disable infringing material where appropriate.

8. Availability & changes

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice or liability. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules and excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Subject to applicable mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence, you and HIFreeTools submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis only, and you and HIFreeTools waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your habitual residence.

10. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and HIFreeTools regarding the Service. Some jurisdictions limit certain exclusions, so parts of Sections 3–5 may not apply to you; where that is the case, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
